Hello,

We have successfully migrated a work node.

vps1.yoorshop.net will be migrated on October 29th, 2018

vps.yoorshop.net will be migrated on January 15, 2019

vps3.yoorshop.net will be migrated in February 2019

 

We will be able to get better performance with a linux core system 3.2 on VPS with OS openvz version 6 and OS openvz version 7

Future VPS will be created by default in Openvz7 OS format

We will be able to offer VPS based on Virtuozzo KVM technology (we are waiting for a reliable solution on the backup of this type of VPS)

We will open a new server to finalize our strategy of diversification and optimization of the number of customers per server.

We will migrate about fifty accounts from the web1 server to web6, and the concerned customers will be informed by email

Hello,

Following customer reports, we investigated, the cause are prestashop servers since some resources needed to load the back office are unavailable more or less long and recurrent, therefore cause more or less severe problems

Sources involved :

http://profile.prestashop.com and http://gamification.prestashop.com/css/advices/advice-1.6.1.21_479.css

Solutions :

1. Disable module gamification
