Following important updates of Linux, PHP versions, it seems that the smtp in SSL port 465 no longer works in this case or more :
- in the case of some PHP versions like 5.4
- prestashop 1.6
Solution is simple :
For the host, do not use localhost, but the name of your domain, example: yourdomain.fr
Once you have setup your mail account in your client software Outlook, you will see an issue in folders name which will not respect the language of your locale sofwtare if not English :
